Delete your Equinza account
Permanently delete your account and its associated personal data.
Available to every Equinza user
In the app
Open Equinza and go to Profile → Privacy and security → Delete account. Confirm the action to complete deletion.
If you cannot sign in
Email contact@arvency.com from the address associated with your account and use the subject “Delete Equinza account”. We will verify ownership before processing the request.
What is deleted
We delete your account, profile, memberships, messages, bookings, notification devices, training sessions and other associated personal data, except records we must retain to meet a legal obligation.
Timing
In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed after identity verification and within the applicable legal period.
