Equinza Terms of Use

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. If you are a minor, use the service with the involvement and supervision of a parent or guardian where required. A riding school may set additional requirements for its activities.

Do not use Equinza for unlawful activity, impersonation, harassment, threats, spam, infringement of others’ rights or interference with the service. Riding-school conversations are private to their participants and authorised staff; you can report a message from the chat or contact contact@arvency.com.

Each riding school manages its lessons, bookings, horses, boarding, policies and services. The school sets the information and conditions for those services. Charges for lessons, boarding or other equestrian services are separate from Equinza PRO and are governed by the conditions communicated by the school and the relevant payment provider.

Equinza PRO is offered through subscriptions purchased from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Before you confirm a purchase, the store displays the price, currency, billing period and, where applicable, the introductory trial available to your account. The subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it in your store account before renewal or before the trial ends. The store handles billing, cancellation and refunds under its terms. Eligible purchases can be restored in the app. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

GPS is used for training features you start. Background location is enabled only during an active protected ride and stops when you pause, finish or discard it. Accuracy depends on your device, permissions, network coverage and other factors; on iOS, force-quitting the app may stop tracking. Equinza is not an emergency service and does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity or monitoring.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable permission to use the app while you comply with these terms. We may update or discontinue features for operational, security or legal reasons and will give notice where reasonable. Equinza and its branding and software belong to their respective owners.

Our Privacy Policy, available on this website and in the app, explains how personal data is processed. We may update these terms when the service or law changes; the current version and its date will be published here. If a change requires your acceptance, we will request it before it takes effect.
